Tech Support, Upgrades, Installations, Mentoring and Other Services: Refunds are available only until the time that service has started. Once service has been started, no refunds will be given unless service is refused by the service provider based on offensive, illegal and/or objectionable site content.
Gold Version Licenses/Memberships, Renewals, Additional Licenses: Because what we are granting access to is access to downloadable items, refunds are available only until the time that access has been granted. We manually add new members to the access system which can take a few hours and up to 2 business days (M-F). Notice of actual access to Gold Version membership areas is sent via email for initial memberships, but not for additional licenses and/or renewals. Not receiving the confirmation emails is not valid as a means to refute nor challenge that access was not given by the time you asked for a refund; we cannot guarantee that anti-spam and other emails systems outside of our control will not affect the delivery of confirmation emails in a timely fashion. Access is determined as the point and time at which credentials are issued by the membership access system. Once access has been granted to Gold version site files and/or membership only areas of AgoraCart.com, absolutely no refunds will be given. No refunds on Additional Licenses. Buying any gold version license, membership, and/or renewal option constitutes acceptance of this refund policy.
Add-on Modules/Files, Templates, productPage (ppinc) Layouts: Refunds are available only until the time that the files added to your gold version membership account. Once the files have been granted access to, no refunds will be given.
Asking for a Refund: You may receive a full refund for those items that have not been delivered, permissions and/or access granted, and/or services initiated. To request a refund, visit the contact form at: Contact Us. Only those refund requests made within the refund availability time listed for each product type above will be granted. Due to payment processing methods, no refunds given after 60 days.
