This covers 3 version updates:
The database manager was updated to handle DB file imports and exports better. TAB delimited files now handle double quotes enclosing data fields, which is the default for files exported by PayPal, banks, and office programs (Excel, Open Office, etc). Downloading and file management of exported DB files were also added to the manager. In AuthorizeNet we fixed a typo in a item cost variable and also reformatted the items list shown on the hosted form at AuthNet (it no longer takes most of the HTML coding we used to send) in the AuthNet order_lib.pl file.
Also fixed page= for URLs within STATIC HTML page metatags
