A new online tool has been added for Gold version license holders/members.
Google Merchant requires that a product category ID number or the full breadcrumb text be provided within the product data feeds for various Google Merchant capabilities.
As I have been working on upgrading the old Google Base add-on module, I found that including the list of categories slowed product edits, adding products, and setting up Google Merchant in the managers slowed way down if the entire Google Product Category options were included. The next best thing was to develop a tool that you can lookup the category and then copy (via a convenient button) the breadcrumb HTML text or the ID number and then paste into your database manager screens or spreadsheets (if used). So now you can keep your database operations open in one window or browser tab and then lookup and get the category info in another window or browser tab.
