Bad news if you are shipping via UPS!
As of May 2023, the original API we started using in 2001 has been removed by UPS, so it no longer works. This was the "freebie" shipping costs we used for 20+ years.
Unfortunately we found that UPS is also turning off the API we use for the UPS XML shipping module. They have removed the way to get new API credentials for new customers as of June 5, 2023 (this last Monday - 2 days ago). Those that still have API credentials will still be able to get their shipments rated until June 2024.
We are working on a solution for new UPS shippers using AgoraCart, but in the mean time those that already have API credentials will be okay until June of 2024.
