version 00.0005 was sort of released when I did a git update to the core libraries. I was intending to release a final 00.0005 version within 24 hours but got side-tracked by other things that needed my attention, so if you see that version else where but not in your store, it is okay. It is mostly changes for the upcoming Google Merchant add-on and some changes to the category metatag and subcats manager to use breadcrumbs if enabled instead of building something manually: you can use google product category breadcrumbs in pages that display categories, if you so desire. Actually you can us anything you like pretty much.
This only affected new installs, so if you are wondering why you cannot get that version is due to the fact I upgraded the upgrade and installation cores so only folks that installed after that point OR upgraded from a version prior to 00.0004 will see the 00.0005 update. I will release the final update in 00.0006 to get everyone up to speed.
If you really want to or feel the need, you can change the version in the manager.cgi file manually to 00.0003 and then run the upgrade again (make sure not to change the rest of the code or save from an editor or processor that will auto-change the text in the file before re-uploading the file.
